RELIC COLLECT / SUPPORT

A little help.
A better collection.

Support for Relic Collect, the iPhone collection app developed by Relic Works Studio LLC.

Talk to us

For Relic Collect questions, feedback, or problems, email [email protected]. Inquiries go to Relic Works Studio LLC. Use a subject such as “Relic Collect support” and include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version or test build, and what happened. A screenshot can help; remove private information first. Never send passwords, payment-card details, or verification codes.

Your collection

Use My Relics to browse the items you have saved. Use Add Item to find a collectible, enter one manually, or use the photo and quick-entry options available in your build. When searching, try the item name, set, or card number. Check the exact edition, language, variant, condition, and quantity before saving.

Your wishlist keeps items you are considering separate from the items you own. Wishlist items are not included in the collection portfolio shown in the supplied development views.

Prices and portfolio values

Automatic pricing is available only where supported. Coverage, update frequency, and matching can vary by collectible category and item. Estimated values are not appraisals, guaranteed sale prices, or offers to buy. Condition, grading, edition, language, and recent sales can change the value substantially.

If a match or value looks wrong, check the item details and send us the collectible name, set, number, and a description of the issue. Screenshots on this site show representative development data.

Photos and identification

Photo identification can suggest a match; review the result before adding it. A sharp, evenly lit image with the whole item in view can help. Check that glare does not hide the name or number.

If camera or photo access is unavailable, open iPhone Settings and review the permissions available for Relic Collect. The path can vary with your iOS version. Grant only the access needed for the action you want to take.

Importing a collection

Follow the import instructions in your installed build. File formats and supported fields may vary. Keep your source file, review imported items and quantities, and check the resulting matches. If an import fails, send the file type and error message first; do not email your full collection file unless support requests it and you are comfortable sharing it.

Troubleshooting and account questions

If the app stops responding, close and reopen it, check your connection, and check for an available update through your existing installation channel. Before reinstalling or deleting app data, ask about storage and recovery so you do not risk losing your collection.

For sign-in or account questions, contact [email protected]. To request account deletion, open Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts. If deletion fails or remains incomplete, contact us for assistance. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple-billed subscription. See the privacy policy for retention qualifications.

Apple-billed subscriptions

If you have a subscription billed by Apple, manage or cancel it in your Apple Account. See Apple’s cancellation instructions. Deleting an app or a RELIC account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.

For an eligible Apple-billed purchase, follow Apple’s refund guidance or visit Report a Problem. Apple handles eligibility and refund decisions. This guidance does not announce subscription availability or a particular plan.

Privacy and product status

Relic Collect is in development; this site does not offer a public App Store download. Relic Display is a separate hardware project, and released hardware connectivity is not being promised. Read the Relic Collect privacy policy, terms, or product FAQ for more context.
